3 x 2500m water row exercise log 20190818

I have learned, that my body needs at least 1 day off after an exercise session, if my body is to avoid unpleasant consequences. That "1 day off" yields a 2 day cycle.

What I've never learned is just how little I need to exercise. So, a bit of an experiment. Take a month and do a 4 day cycle, and see what happens.

One thing that happened, is that my split times on the 3 x 2500m session, suck. I'm slow and weak ...

The target is a 15 minute leg.
