elliptical sets exercise log 20190902

Whooda thunk ...

I've not been serious on an elliptical machine since forever.

So today, I figured I'd do a warmup set on the elliptical, then go lift weight.

Did a 20 minute interval program. F' it, I'll do more on this. Did 20 minutes of HR cardio - 80% of my heart rate max.

I'm done. And, still need to lift.
