Moving the theory of ops to GVT weight lifting exercise log 20190909

OK, I did something different today. But, I wanted to demonstrate that all went well.

The numbers: total weight, 12525. duration minutes, 17. pounds per minute, 737. Still in the 'doing just fine' box.

I did change one of the usual exercises ...


Rather than doing the lat pulldown @135 pounds/rep to failure, I did it @25 pounds per rep, 100 times. Yeah, I know, should have been 10 sets of 10 reps with rest per set, but it was too light. I didn't want to change the weight in the middle of the set, because I had little idea what I'd feel like after 100 reps. Next time, more weight.
