weight lifting exercise log 20191004

I do most exercises 1 set to failure. The two heavy exercises each get 10 reps 10 sets and 55 pounds.

The weight on those is either too light (20 and 40 rep partials before rest), or too heavy (I needed the rest, and the weight felt a bit heavier towards the end of the sets).

So, I believe I'm on a correct path. The deal, of course, is to lift more frequently, and adjust the weight up more slowly.

I suspect that this session set needs repetition, perhaps 2x 3x more times, before I increase the weight again.

Notes: My legs were toast after this session. The rest of my core muscles were pretty used as well. That's good.
