One of the paradoxes of life I guess. Maybe ...

I did indeed add 10 pounds to both pull thrus and pull downs. As well as doing slightly fewer reps on the "to failure" sets.

But, chopping 7 minutes off my prior session time? That's magic.
Nothing very exceptional about the set list or anything. Oh, the weight is still too light on the 2 heavies. Depending on how I feel in real life, I'll either repeat this weight, or add 10 pounds more. The pull thrus were kinda more difficult, but the pull downs, not. Strange.
