weight lifting exercise log 20191025

Still in the good zone. Almost to trend.

Does make me wonder, but if I don't keep at it, I do get weaker. Just the motivation I need.








Upped the DB squats to 50 pounds. FINALLY got the weight correct on pull thrus. Still at 4x25 on heavy exercises, so next time, 10 more pounds (75 to 85)
