Nothing new here.




Did the entire session without my knee brace, on purpose.


Usual soreness, but nothing special. That's good. Dropped Meloxicam 8 days ago.

Actually performed all the exercises at the correct weight and reps. First time in a while I haven't screwed that up. Very little variation in number of reps to failure for each of those sets.

The two heavies - pull thru and pull down - are starting to feel 'heavy' at 85 pounds per, but I still managed them at 4 sets x 25 reps. Given that I want to get to 10 x 10, another 10 pounds up next time, to 95 pounds.

Next time, intention is love you long time slow cardio, either water row 3 x 2500 meters, or 2 x 20 minutes (20 interval, 20 80% HRM) on the stand up elliptical.
