Almost back in the saddle again: Tabata water row 20191118
Easing my way back into my exercise routine. Tabata is my man crush.
5 minute warm up
4 sets of 30 seconds on sprint 15 seconds rest, then 2 minutes rest
3 minute cool down
All in all, the numbers were good. 27-29-30-30 strokes per minute. 70-90, 90-110-,110-119, 100-120 watts. Only gas out was EO 3rd set.
Knees felt great !! No brace worn. Shoulders feel fine. All great news.
Big cuppa tea with milk b4 workout. Post workout:
- 5 grams creatine monohydrate
- 250 mg Vitamin C
- 50 grams SFJDC protein powder
- 10 ounces black tea
- 3 ounces Fairlife 2% milk
All is well. Peace out.
