Not letting all the days go by: resistance band exercise log 20191112

It's days like today that remind me why I have a yoga mat and resistance bands. Sometimes, I don't feel so great. There's early morning deep snow and cold. And, I simply must get back to an exercise pattern.

I got up, did all my morning chores et al, made a 3 pound plus chicken cheese burger ...




The exercise was simple: Lay out the yoga mat, wrap my heaviest resistance band appropriately, and do 50 reps each of: pull thrus, accentuated pull downs, and face pulls. One set each. Minimal rest.

Much to my surprise, my shoulders and knees feel just fine. Who knew ?

Onward ...
