this is a good sign: weight lifting exercise log 20191129

Yesterday, simple resistance band exercises. Today, brave the elements, go to the fitness center, and do the old fashioned push / pull.

The volume and pace of work is just what I prefer. It doesn't take a long time; as much intensity as I want works well; my knees and shoulders are doing just fine with this.

I do wonder why I have preference cycles between weights, water row, and bike.

Nothing too special about the session.



Pull thrus and downs are still too light (is 95 pounds, next time 105). Too light meaning that 10 x 10 seems like too much rest, so I do 4 x 25 or 5 x 20.

Imma keep increasing the weight until 10 reps is just right.
