Using my yoga mat, the blue resistance band, and an abundance of not-willing-to-walk-to-the-gym-in-the rain, I did 50 each of:

- pull thrus
- accentuated pull downs
- standing chest press
- squats
- kneeling face pulls
That was plenty.
