Letting the rain and the hangover go by: resistance band training exercise log 20191128

Happy Thanksgiving.

Using my yoga mat, the blue resistance band, and an abundance of not-willing-to-walk-to-the-gym-in-the rain, I did 50 each of:

  • pull thrus
  • accentuated pull downs
  • standing chest press
  • squats
  • kneeling face pulls

That was plenty.
