Not letting all the days go by: resistance band exercise log 20191115
Almost just like last time ...
The exercise was simple: Lay out the yoga mat, wrap my heaviest resistance band appropriately, and do 50 reps each of: pull thrus, accentuated pull downs, and face pulls. One set each. Minimal rest.
Except that I did it twice. That made me pause, during the second sets, after about 20--25 of each. Not rest, but a regrip oh my goodness kinda pause.
I can tell I'm pulling enough when my yoga mat tries to slide / inch towards the attachment point. Good thing I'm losing weight ! And, wearing my gym shoes.
