Notes: Part of my motivation to go burn some glucose this morning comes from my siblings and our spouses. Lunch yesterday included 2 Portuguese rolls from BJ's, which I absolutely love. Mucho carbs, though, and I've the numbers to prove it. Exercise 6 is at the end of the stack, and I felt good enough to do an extra set. Progress. Today's session took 19 minutes, even with the extra set. I was in no mood to 'take my time'. Get in get out get home. And, another pound seems to have fallen off my bod. Still making progress.
