Exercise Log 20180925

After the prior session (9/23/2018), I was determined to increase some reps and some weight, "next time". This is that. The duration was 26 minutes.







Notes: When I want to increase reps without big jumps up, I'll toggle between 12 and 15 reps, plus or minus one set. For example, 12, 15, 24, 30, 36, 45, and so on. I can't increase the weight on dumbbells (25 pounds max). On the cable machine, if the weight is low enough, I'll just add a set (04 from 2 to 3 sets). If the weight is not low enough, I'll just add a plate (05 and 06 from 6 to 7 plates). I noticed that the weight seemed 'heavy', which is good (was 11550 pounds, to 13425), but it implies I should repeat this program, as is, 2x 4x more times. Need to avoid exercising my ego :-)
