Back to a slow, increasing volume, exercise session. This one took 21 minutes, and increased the total weight moved by about 8%. My interest remains to simply keep my muscle mass in condition, and to irregularly stress my various physical systems.








Notes: Bumped up many of the reps to 15 / set, 30 total. The slow volume increase targets 60 reps per exercise, as 4 sets of 15.
