Exercise Log 20181104

Figured since my numbers were great, I'd go and just knock out my session. Duration was 27 minutes, moving 703 pounds per minute. Trend is closer to 600. Something will change ...




Notes: The duration is under my desired time for the session - 30 minutes. I could 'go slower', or add volume. I prefer to add work. 05 and 06 will add a plate each (95 pounds total). That simple add will increase the total weight load by 1350 pounds, and should take a bit longer.
