Top line text: this program still needs work. Duration was 33 minutes, total weight 19740 pounds, pounds per minute 598. Better, but needs to be a bit faster.



Notes: It's obvious to me that I'm not yet comfortable with this program. Changeovers aren't as crisp as preferred, form still needs improvement. Hopeful that a few more times will clear that up. Need to watch the arms program video a few more times.
