I know it's not much, but it's the best I can do: Tabata water row 20200218
Prior exercise session here. Prior Tabata water row session here. No music. The Tabata timer talks a lot.
Again, it's been a while since I did this Tabata thing. It is
5 minutes warm up
4 sets of {
30 second sprint, 15 seconds rest
30 second sprint, 15 seconds rest
30 second sprint, 15 seconds rest
30 second sprint, 2 minutes slow row}
3 minutes cool down
Stroke rate almost all 30, few 29. Power output almost all 100s-110s, some 120s, few 90s. No stalls, gas outs, weakness. I felt great.
I'm certain that exercise every other day leaves me in better condition, compared to less frequently. Arranging my life to do that seems more difficult. So it goes.
Peace out.
