No pictures. No priors. No music. Just 30 minutes on the water row machine. All I wanted was something I could easily do, rather than a rest day. I focused on my form and, well, focus. Inside my head, my brain was playing pinball.
Stroke rate 24-27, power output started in the 20s, topped out about 20 minutes in in the 70s, and meandered 50s-60s last 10ish minutes. I was, by no means, trying to go harder. Just a nice, steady pace. Mission accomplished.
A week ago, January 17, 2020, I hit my lowest body weight this cycle, at 160.8 pounds. Body fat at 20.1%. Lantus use down to 30% of 2018 summer numbers (14 day moving average 24.5 units, from fixed size 80 units). As of this morning, my estimated HbA1c is 6.55.
It's time to stop losing weight, add 300ish more kCalories a day, continue to repress carbs a bit, consolidate my gains, and see what happens.
