Charitably described as reluctant to get out of bed, I eventually got to the fitness center, and had the place to myself. First order of business: learn how the remote control for the fans and their lights work. Discovery successful !!

Second order of business: What to do? Weights or Tabata rowing? Energy levels, joint checks, time to completion all wanted Tabata. So:

30 seconds full sprint, 15 seconds slow row
30 seconds full sprint, 15 seconds slow row
30 seconds full sprint, 15 seconds slow row
30 seconds full sprint, 2 minutes easy row
}
3 minutes easy recovery row

Set 1, 32 SPM, 120s-140s power
Set 2, 31 SPM, 110s-120s power, gas out 3rd sprint
Set 3, 30 SPM, 100s-110s power, gas out 4th sprint
Set 4, 32 SPM, 110s-150s power

I've no clue why my energy levels do what they do. Old age perhaps.

PWO food: 2 x cheddar chicken quarter pound burgers, an avocado, 10 cherry tomatoes. That's different.
