3 x 2500m water row exercise log

 Just a marker post.

Old and slow covers it.

Split 1, 24-25 SPM, 40s-50s watts.
Split 2, 25-27 SPM, 50s-70s watts.
Split 3, 24-26 SPM, 40s-60s watts.

Never felt good, no flow, form felt a bit off.

Even managed to screw up the lap timer a bit ...

Oh well, at least, I think, the wired are starting to wear on my very old earbuds. No new ones until they croak.
