It is so very easy to imagine not exercising any more, not attending to what I eat, dropping the pill regimen. Easy to imagine. No, thanks.

Today's session was:

2 cycles thru a circuit of 25 each:

standing rows
pull thrus
kneeling accentuated pulldowns
Pallof press
kneeling & standing chest press
squats
kneeling face pulls
good mornings

The black resistance band is a few pounds heavier than the blue one. The addition of a few new exercises, and some slight rearrangement of the set list, gave an increase in loading, anyway. That was sufficient to make it feel like more work.

My form was poor, compared to my expectations. I have to rediscover so much about using the bands: grip, wrap, attachment point, directional 'tilt' are all slightly off.

But, it's done.
