Once more into the reach. Same as last time: 2 cycles thru a circuit of 25 each:

standing rows
pull thrus
kneeling accentuated pulldowns
Pallof press (15 each, L/R)
kneeling & standing chest press
squats
kneeling face pulls
good mornings


All done with a better attitude, a bit better form and technique, and some intensity to boot. There was the magical addition of a 1 mile walk with the dog almost immediately afterwards. Yes, warm, sweated, and out into the 40 degF rainy gloom. Stress is where you find it.
