Merry Christmas, and Happy Holidays.

Not much snow, but enough so that I wouldn't put my gym shoes on it. My stomach isn't to thrilled with its situation, either. Supplements, electrolytes, vitamin C and creatine apparently don't always want to settle in nicely. So ...

Using my yoga mat, the blue resistance band, and an abundance of not-willing-to-go-to-the-gym-in-the-snow, I did 50 each of:
  • pull thrus
  • accentuated pull downs
  • standing chest press
  • squats
  • kneeling face pulls
That was plenty.
