weight lifting exercise log 20191213

This exercise session happened Friday, 13 2019. I just got around to recording it. Been busy.


The rates are just fine. Because of that, I'm considering changing this exercise set. First, putting the seated facepull on the 10x10 pattern, for the express purpose of strengthening my shoulders. That might also bring down the work rate, because I'll start with 25 pounds, versus this 55 pound setup.

Second, adding skull crushers, probably as 3 sets of 20. Reluctant to do those to failure right out of the chute.

All went well.
