Pushing My Way to 20 mid road bike Exercise Log 20190526

I'm moving thru some changes in my nutrition practices. One of the things I use as feedback, different from all the measured stuff, is how much I want to go ride my bikes.

Today, I wanted to go.

Another equally subjective measure I use is how I feel when I get 50% - 75% of the way thru the ride. My mind will quit a thousand times before my body actually gives out.

Not today. I felt great.

Life is good.
