It's been quite a while since last summer. I remember when I quit riding then. Fall and winter were not kind, so no rides then.

Then spring, and I promised myself, if it's nice outside, go ride. Done.

Rules 2 and 3 have the opportunity to conflict, so I did them both. Short ride, decent speed.
