Exercise Log 20181002

Today was a repeat of the prior few sessions. As discussed, I wanted multiple sessions at this program / set / rep / weight before more progression. Today's session took 31 minutes, showing I'm slowing, and relaxing more. That's good ...








Notes: While not "too easy", it was easy enough. Next time, I'll do 2 sets of 24 for both 01 and 03, and if I'm feeling it, add a plate to both numbers 05 and 06. I could hear my ego calling me names all during the set and out to the car. Maybe next time, Hulk Smash ... :-)
