During the prior session, I was thinking about doing exercises as Tabata drills. So, this session, I went as rapidly as I could arrange. The data clearly shows, gravity does not care about what I want to do ...
Session duration 27 minutes.
Notes: It didn't take too many sets to convince my body that my usual pace was plenty of work. There was a mild uptick in pounds per minute, but at least part of that was due to the addition of another plate on 05. Anyhow, it struck me as needlessly dangerous. Maybe next time, I'll up the reps on some of the dumbbell work. Maybe not, too ...
