Exercise Log 20181029
Today's exercise session followed yesterday's ironically named Sweet 16 Party. The rules are, when I fast, I fast, and when I feast, I feast. To everything, there is a time for every purpose. So, my numbers exploded up, and I shot them down, hard, and I needed the exercise. More on all that elsewhere.
Today's duration was 42 minutes, at 452 pounds per minute. The session added 1200 pounds.
Notes: Increased 02 from 4 sets 12 reps to 4 sets 15 reps. Increased 04 from 25 pounds per rep to 35 pounds per rep. I'll leave 01 thru 04 alone for several sessions, to give my shoulders time to adjust. Those 2 increases added the 1200 pounds to this session. Next increases feel like weight / plate adds to 05 and 06. But, probably not next time.
