Exercise Log 20181226

Not much new, other than the 3 days rest. Sunday was day 1, Tuesday was Christmas Eve / party, Wednesday was Grandson's First Christmas Morning (!!), and Thursday is today. Got up at obscene:30, and was in the weight room just after the building opened. On the plus side, by the numbers: total weight 25,725 pounds; duration 34 minutes, weight per minute 757. Back above trend, which I'd expect given 3 days rest, and enough calories.



Notes: The usual 'form follows focus'. I thought I was going a bit quicker until the last 2 exercises, where I was taking seemingly longer rest breaks. Apparently not. Or, maybe I just miscounted sets ? Who knows, but it's all good, and I feel properly used.
