Holy Moly it is June already !!! Tempus screameth ...

The picture shows the set list for exercise set 17. Much thanks to exercise set 16, which began on April 15th. Time for something different.

The intent is simple: Select a number of exercises that comprise a full body workout, guess at appropriate weight, and do them all until failure. Other than changeovers, do not rest between sets.

And, print the set list big enough to read w/o eyeglasses :-)

The numbers: Total weight, 11,925 pounds. Minutes duration, 12. Pounds per minute, 994.

Notes: Doing sets to failure is way more mental than completing sets/reps. Way ...

It has been nearly 2 weeks since the last weight lifting session, and the weights get heavier with time away. Given that, I'm quite surprised by the numbers.

The pounds per minute rate is far above 'the box', at an all time high. This exercise set needs a few more sessions before I need to change anything.

Single arm dumbbell rows are far and away my favorite exercise, and here, they're the warm up.

DB squats was a first time, and I used 2 20 pound DB's. Prior squat was goblet, with 25 pound single DB. Interesting balancing act.
