Today is day 3 of the creatine cycle. It's difficult to tell if I feel different, but I think I do. Maybe it's just the placebo effect, but, if it helps, I'll do it.
The wind was persistent, but the route goes from sheltered to not sheltered. So, if you hit just the right combo, it seems gusty.
My shoes need new cleats, as I've worn off a lot of the grip / wear surface. Same with my helmet pads. A decade of service isn't bad.
My Cateye 8 is showing its age as well. But, what I want (XOSS G+) won't exist until November ...
