Progress statement on creatine monohydrate supplementation 20190622

Creatine monohydrate is very cheap and is supported by hundreds of studies. Until new research claims otherwise, it seems to be the best option. I spent like $16 for a kilo of the stuff. I skipped the heavy loading initial phase, and simply started June 5th, 2019, at 5 grams per day. There's some indication that 20 grams isn't well tolerated in some individuals, and I didn't want to know if I was one such. That use pattern slows the perceived effect from a week to 3-4 weeks. I'm OK with that. Today on the bike, and two days ago on the water row machine, I "felt better". Placebo or not, I'll take it.
